1) Submission of the Original Invoice is Mandatory for any kind of Further Transaction.
2) 916/750 HUID Marked Ornament are 100% Taken Back as ‘wt-to-wt’ Condition with 3% RCM (Reverse Charge Mechanism Of GST) Deduction.
3) Used Ornament Would be Taken Back as the Old Exchange Policy and the M.C/Wastages, Stone Cost, GST and Other Accessories are not Refundable.
4) We are Not Responsible for the Dynamic Pricing Of the Gold, Breaking, Cracking, Wear & Tear or Dissimilarity of the Pair etc…
5) Exchange or Replacement would be Done Within 2-3 days for Local and One week for Abroad Customers.
6) If any Problem / Disputes, Unsatisfied Factor Arises During the Using Period of a Particular Ornaments. Please Contact with us at Our Showroom or Call: 8895311750 / 06861230425 Within 10.30 am to 7.30pm.
7) Repairing and Other Services are Done Only at the 1st Business Hours of Every Working Day.
8) Subject to the Standard Weight Tolerance ‡ 0.05mg.
9) A Signed Xerox Copy of the Aadhar Card, Verified Mobile number, Self-Declaration for ‘Not stolen Ornament’ with the Original invoice Should be Produced at the time of Selling for Old/Used Ornament is Mandatory.
10) Subject to the Jurisdiction of Malkangiri Only.
