RK Jewellers offers a 15-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. However, please note that the 15-day return does not apply to personalized jewelry or custom jewelry, except in cases of defective/spurious products. RK Jewellers reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.
In the event of missing items in return orders, where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but the actual pickup doesn’t include all said items, the company reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This policy extends to promotional products, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.
Refund Policy: Upon receipt of the returned product in our warehouse, the refund process will be initiated.
A time period of 7 to 15 days, excluding bank holidays, is required for the successful processing of refunds, if applicable, according to our terms and conditions.
Replacement & Exchange: Customers can also request replacement or exchange of their order, subject to the same conditions applicable to returns. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
In the case of missing, damaged, or broken products upon receiving the parcel, providing an unboxing video is mandatory to avail a new product.
Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
Return Process: To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account.
- Enter your email address and continue.
- Open the email from our store and copy the six-digit verification code provided.
- Return to the online store and enter the verification code.
- Select the order and items for return, choose a return reason, and add a note.
- Submit the return request. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Upon return receipt, a refund will be issued.
